Aggie Cancer Survivor Scholarship
Awarded to a graduate student at NMSU who has survived cancer.

Aggie Organ Donor
Awarded to any NMSU Main Campus student who is on the transplant list to receive a major organ(s), or a student whose children, parents, siblings or self has donated or received major organ(s).

Albuquerque Master Gardener Scholarship
The Albuquerque Area Extension Master Gardeners Current Use Scholarship supports an undergraduate or graduate student. The recipient must have a declared major in Horticulture; must be enrolled full time; and must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Dr. Suman Bagga Endowed Scholarship
Used to support undergraduate students (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) majoring in Genetics in the PES Department.

Awarded to graduate students studying turfgrass science, plant breeding or genetics.

Paul and Judy Bosland Endowed Scholarship
The Paul and Judy Bosland Endowed Scholarship supports the NMSU College of ACES. Recipients must have a declared major in the Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences, be conducting research in the area of vegetables and be graduate level students.

Emmett Chapman Memorial Scholarship
Two scholarships awarded to sophomores, juniors, or seniors majoring in agronomy or horticulture with at least a 3.0 GPA.

Joe and Daisy Corgan Scholarship
Awarded to a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 majoring in horticulture.

Bernard Corley Memorial Scholarships in Turf Grass Management
Awarded to a junior or senior pursuing a career in turf management, horticulture, landscaping, or related field. Student must be a U.S. citizen and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.

Awarded to a junior, senior, or graduate horticulture student who shows evidence of leadership ability. Award based on preparation and completion of a practical or technical work experience in horticulture.

Frances 'Fran' Hanff Cotter Endowment
Used in support of the flower judging teams. May be used for travel, research, scholarships or other aspects related to cut flowers and ornamental plants.

District II Garden Club Scholarship
NM Dry Onion Commission Scholarship
The New Mexico Dry Onion Commission Current Use Scholarship supports an undergraduate or graduate student. The recipient must be a student with a declared major in the Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences; must be classified as a junior, senor or graduate level student; must be enrolled full time; must be a U.S. citizen; must be a student whose state of legal residence is New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, or Texas; must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate an interest in onions, plant breeding, and/or genetics.

Awarded to a student majoring in horticulture.

Bruce Erhard Scholarship
Awarded to a sophomore, junior or senior majoring in Horticulture with a minimum GPA of 2.8. Preference given to student working at the NMSU Golf Course or other turf entity.

Constance Falk Agriculture Scholarship
The Constance L. Falk Sustainable Agriculture Current Use Scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student to support their studies or travel to educational/professional conferences with a sustainability theme. Recipients must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with at least a 3.3 GPA or graduate student with at least a 3.5 GPA. The recipient must be majoring in a degree program in Plant & Environmental Sciences, Agricultural Economic & Agricultural Business, or Entomology, Plant Pathology, & Weed Sciences. Preference in those that demonstrate interest in sustainable agriculture.
Randy and Cindy Farmer Endowment
Used to support students employed at the Landscape Demonstration Garden, with preference given to students majoring in horticulture with an interest in landscape horticulture.

Sophomore, Junior or Senior majoring in horticulture, with an interest in the economic sustainability and environmental improvement of New Mexico’s forests with a GPA above 3.0. (established by James Fisher in 2012)
Funkhouser-Tatreault Scholarship
The L.E. "Sparks" and Lucille Denton Funkhousher Tatreault Endowed Fund was established in 2014. Recipients must be a senior or graduate level student with a declared major in the Department of Plant and Environmental Sciences. Preference for a student studying or doing research in viticulture.
Dora Blossom Gile Research Endowment
Supports student research in soil and environmental sciences.

Awarded to a junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in horticulture, floriculture, landscape design, agronomy, or related area. Student must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Awarded to one graduate student who shall be designated the 'Lowenstein Fellow' studying some aspect of ornamental horticulture.

Awarded to an outstanding undergraduate student majoring in agronomy, soils, or environmental science.

Mary Frances Mexal Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to an undergraduate student with a GPA above 2.5. Preference is given to a single parent or returning student continuing their education.

Pefley Horticulture Scholarship
The Dr. Ellen Beth Peffley Horticulture Current Use Scholarship supports NMSU graduate and undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences. Recipients must have a declared major in horticulture, be in good academic standing and preference shall be given to a student who has an interest or is currently researching the topic of Vegetable Rural Crops.

YGY Regenerative Agriculture Scholarship
The YGY Extension Team Regenerative Aggie Current Use Scholarship supports students in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences. New Mexico needs better access to fresh, local, and nutrient dense food that promotes healthy lifestyles and reduces health care costs. Getting us there sustainably will require more young farmers and ranchers who use regenerative organic practices that build soil health. To support this mission, the YGY Extension Team of Youngevity Independent Distributors raised funds to support a scholarship for students whose intent is starting, owning or managing a regenerative farm or ranch in New Mexico.
